The “minuit Chretien” was sung at the beginning of the midnight mass every Christmat of my youth , Linda.
People rushed ( at feet ) to be at the church at time . And they were shivering when the tenor was singing . The church was crowded and silent. oh!Marvellous memoris .
I think this song is not sung at the mass since the council 1962 ( not sure )
